Just receved this in the mail
NOTICE
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY THE EATON COUNTY GUN BOARD WILL ((((NOT))))) BE REQUIRING APPLICANTS THAT ARE APPLYING FOR A RENEWAL OF THEIR GUN PERMIT (BLUE CARD) TO PRESENT A CERTIFICATE OF REVIEW TRAINING.


PA 719 OF 2002 SEC.5L(3) STATES

3 HOURS OF REVIEW 1 HOUR OF RANGE TIME IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS


WHEN THE APPLICANT SIGNS AND DATES LINE 12 OF THE APPLICATION THEY ARE "CERTIFYING" THAT THEY MET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.

At last a gun board that can read and under stand a printed law. but I would bet someone had to hammer this into there head

There a few counties that do follow the law.
Now if the Senate would trash Jennys cig tax and vote on things that matter like not requiring finger prints for renewal we would be getting some where.
