Picked these up before it got 2 hot . Bottom bouncing with a charteuse crawler harness on the "D" seemed to do the trick. We were off the water by 8:30am and early to work with a smile smelling like fish!--Going to hit it again this weekend :-D

Tasty walleyes. I wish I lived closer to a good fishery like the Bay or Erie so I could hit the water and then hit work or visa versa.

I can cook and eat a mess of them, I was just never really big on catching them. It is a good time with friends or family though.

I'll never forget the look on my sons face when he caught his first fish, a 23" Walleye on South Manistique Lake when he was 11yrs old.

Thats what got me into fishing...my dad had a friend w/ a 36' trojan cabin cruiser, we went perch fishing in lk huron and it was just incredible . I said to myself "1 day i'm going to have a boat and do this" ...that dream came alive 12 years ago and i dont regret a thing.

Now my freezer is stuffed with perch and walleye...i end up bartering with the fish for adjustments from my Chiropractor

How about Island Lake or Whitmore Lake?

Or the three lakes in Oakland Co.
