Ricks Women's New shooter event 5/20/18 - Updated with direct links to sign up page

MGO will again be supporting Rick at this worthwhile event.

The "7th Annual LAID FREE Target Shooting Event For Women" returns again to southeast Michigan in 2018! Our goal is to train eight hundred (800) women how to safely operate a semi-automatic 9mm handgun.

Women will be taught how to hold, load, and shoot 21 rounds of ammo at a stationary paper target. Participation is 100 percent free but requires advance online registration. Registration opens on Sunday, May 13th, 2018 at 12 noon EST.

HOW TO REGISTER

Participants will be required to register online at a link present on THIS Facebook web event page starting at noon (12pm) on the date of Sunday, May 13th. Registration will stay open until all 800 slots are taken. Registrants will have several different time slots to select for training. If you are coordinating your participation with other people, you all should discuss before-hand what time interval you will select.

Choose wisely as we do not have the time or manpower to make scheduling changes. No one will be admitted to this event without your receipt - printable on paper or view able and show able in your cell phone.

ONLY select one time on any one page for online registration. When you click the online link and submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation for your attendance at the range at ONLY one time slot."

All women will be instructed one-on-one at a range while they shoot a handgun. All guns, ammo, and range time will be free of charge!

All women will receive a Range Safety Briefing so they will receive proper instruction.

There will be free give-aways at the event. All women will receive a free gun lock.

All women will receive informational packets from the NSSF.

All women will receive vouchers for free range time at a future date at the Top Gun Shooting Range.

A limited number of free T-shirts from Firearms Legal Protection will be given away!

A limited number of free tote bags from the NRA-ILA will be given away!

A limited number of L.A.I.D. T-shirts will be on sale for $20 - $30, based on size. Cash only please.
