It's coming up! the Annual MGO elections, Meeting, picnic & outdoor range time, This year we are happy to be back at POST 46 in Pinckney ! July 28th. [B/]

As usual Andy will be back with his great food!
MGO members, Forum users, family, friends & guests, there is no charge for anyone, all are :welcome: to attend, yes bring the kids, no need to find a babysitter!

Please take the time to let us know in the poll how many will attending with you, even if you are not there for the meal, this way we can better plan for refreshments,
If you are coming for the meal, a side dish is nice to bring along for variety, However it is NOT required, we have never run out of food!!!

You only need to be a paid MGO member to vote, Voting MGO members please bring your membership card with you, it really helps out the election committee, looks like they will have a lot of work to do this year!!

The rough tentative itinerary as I have it now, this will be updated as we get closer to the event date.

10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. Set up & Meet and Greet
11:00- 12:00 Start Meeting
12:00- 1:00 Lunch & Voting
1:00- 3:00 Resume Meeting/ Seat New BoD/ Elect New Officers
3:00 - ? Range

We don't see much action in this thread, this will come up fast & we are back at Post 46, this is this the best place we have held this annual event.

This is the very best opportunity for new members to get to know MGO and get started in participating in a great annual event.

Well so far it looks like 30 or so I hope we can do better then that!

I voted +1 but I wont know exactly until the date gets closer.

Having it in-hand helps the election committee members validate your ballot, but it isn't 100% mandatory to have it.

Contact the Membership Manager, jonnyc76 and he can lookup your membership number for you and possibility send you a replacement card.

And a heads up, there will be a need for some short time help for odds & ends to do setting up & minor clean up after we are done -we want to be welcomed back next year! no real need to make a call for volunteers, just need to have a few willing hands here and there once we are there.
