Me like! 8)
New = $55.00
Renew = $40 (Fingerprint difference)
The rest is just house keeping (switchblades are still listed as a dis-qualifier and the law is gone and "other")
AMAZING ! When does this take effect ?
It is in the first stage of the legislative process…
In this case, it is a House introduced bill.
Once it passes the House, then it goes to the Senate.
Once it passes the Senate, then it goes back to the House.
From there, it goes to the Governor.
On both sides (House/Senate), it will typically go through one or more committees.
Many times, a bill without push will simply die waiting for a committee hearing and never make it back into the process.
In short, this has a LONG way to go before it becomes law…if ever.
Isn't that how it always goes LOL .
Won't do me any good considering my Reps are left wing nuts. But for those of you that have a real voice with your Reps, ebomb them & let them know that we have waited for 8 years for them to put something together to appease our appetite for better gun laws.
What does the Leadership in the State House and Senate look like compared to those in the last session?
