What Red dot sight do you recommend for a 9mm Carbine. Beretta Cx4 Storm.

I have a Beretta CX4 storm carbine my wife likes shooting. I want to add a red dot to it without breaking the bank. Its going to be used mainly for plinking and maybe some ACTs match's.

I have the $30 redot you can buy at China-mart on it now but it doesn't seem to be holding up or I got a defective one because it randomly shuts off.

    Just looking for some recommendations.

    Thanks.

I've been looking at one of these for my AR. Its not nearly as expensive as a Aimpoint or EOTech.

I'm gonna say the same as hopeitsfast said.

Aimpoint if need something for serious use, but the primary arms stuff is great for plinkers. I had a PA micro dot on a 9mm AR and it worked really great.

Using 9mm in a carbine, and if you're not betting your life on it, dropping it into a deep lake, dragging it behind your snowmobile, jumping off a cliff in Afghanistan, or having to run two years on one battery, then there are plenty of choices! Many of them have lifetime warranties as well, so if it does fail, most often you'll get a free replacement.
