There is some funny reasoning there. "Um I think if you're like a rape victim, you should be able to carry to keep you calm and centered, or if you have a valid reason to be afraid and stuff." (The long haired kid in the hat) I guess you shouldn't worry about your safety UNTIL you're a rape or murder victim. Maybe we are being paranoid, maybe the police will protect us? I'm so confused.
