There was an issue with Apache on the host server. Apache was rebooted and the site is now back to normal.Originally Posted by zigziggityzoo

Stop lying Zig, you just didn't want to deal with the post debate complaining.
After the above action, there were still lingering issues with the new post process hanging, among other processes.
The root cause was a corrupted database table in mySQL that had to be repaired by our server host's administrator. Once this repair was complete on their end, the forums now appear to be functioning correctly once again.

Thank you Tom and Zig

Maybe, but I think this:
"Every late-19th-century legal scholar that we have read interpreted the Second Amendment to secure an individual right unconnected with militia service." -- U.S. Supreme Court, June 26, 2008.
Thanks, guys.
I think Tom deserves most of the credit for this one.
And you are still buggy. I see sniper21 has the latest post @ 5:29 am today *Your Newest Firearm* forum .. not showing when I get into the thread.

Some posts that had activity between the morning of the 17th around 7AM and when we turned the forums off around 8AM will continue to do this.Originally Posted by tote'ngranny
The reason why is that there were new posts made, but not registered in another part of the database. So the forum sorta knows they're there but aren't fully there.
The above thread should be fixed.
