    i got a CH matching number unrestored version (*1 without the decal on the front strap) but with tangent rear sight and stock slot...

    KFS (was the importer in GA) and it has a very small KFS engraved just in front of the mag well on the bottom of the grip...

    they wanted $349 for it (in 1989). i traded a $200 auto-ordinance 1911 for a $800 SKB side-by-side and then turned right around and traded it for the Inglis...

    Although what really puzzles me is if the Belgium Hi-power is superior to the canadian one or vice verca. That’s a matter whicybi’m not able to determine. Any insight or answers would be greatly appreciated.

    It was made between August and October of 1945. 65,900 pistols (both T and CH) were made in that period.
