    How to transfer gun from one owner to anther

    I live in California, does anyone know the procedure? Thanks.

    Yeah, I have to ask what exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to do a transfer from Michigan to Cali?

    Different states have different laws governing transfer of ownership of firearms. You will have to elaborate as to what you actually want to know before your question can be answered. (rifle? handgun? ship from California to another state? Face to face within the state of California? etc.)
