Capacity.... capacity... capacity. Wins hands down. Look up the story of the Illinois police officer that changed his carry gun permanently from whatever the 45 acp version of the g17 is to the g17. He got in a gun fight and put 17 rounds of 45 acp into the guy before he was stopped. Not saying carry a 9mm for bears even though a study was done and a 9mm was effective every time in that study but a higher cap 10 over a revolver is literally a no brainier.
