i've ordered from there in the past but it had been awhile.

they showed some things that titanreloading showed out of stock and entire order was a decent amount cheaper

ordered 9 things couple days later checked site some of my order was out of stock showed partial order shipped but still had no communication

first communication since order placed email showed up 03/31/16 which was a tracking number so i figured they waited til order was complete before shipping

package arrives today 04/01/16 contains 3 things!

still have had no extra communication

i ordered a turret press from them 8 weeks ago.

then I got an email saying it was backordered.. approx 6 days. no biggie.

10 days leter I emailed about it, and was told "6 days out"..

I waited another week, and was told the same 6 days.. I canceled the order and paid $5 more from titan reloading.
Had it in three days

it's sad that a company could turn this way, they were a great place to deal with in the past but seems they have let things go as of recent

it will be Titan for me from here on out

i find it strange that they can have things backordered for so long... they are less than 3 miles from Lee

They have been GREAT for me. I generally won't buy anything elsewhere.

I got my Lee re-loader from Titan. Was very impressed with the service.
Told our daughter about them and she ordered equipment from Titan for her hubbie's B-day coming up.
