I clean the feed ramp well once every 500 rounds or so, do a 1/4 to 1/2 ass job on the rest at that time and do a complete, full detailed cleanup once a year. Mags get broken down an cleaned about every 6 months, usually when someone around me has problems with mags not dropping smooth. I've gotten quite lazy.

I've only taken my PPX out twice so far, 200 rounds the first time and 150 rounds the second time. I snaked the barrel right after shooting at the range followed by a full cleaning at home both times.

    Depends on the gun.

Mosin shooting corrosive ammo - Windex down the bore before leaving the range. Thorough cleaning as soon as I get home.
Glock - maybe every 500-700 rounds. If it wasn't my carry gun, I'd probably go 1000, if not more.
GP100 and Garand - guns get babied. Cleaned after every range trip.
Shotgun - whenever it stops working.
MkIII - what's "cleaning"? Is it when I put a drop of oil on it every 10k rounds?
    etc...

Basically, my guns are either tools or toys. Tools are expected to run reliably even when dirty. Toys get taken care of.

Depends on the gun with me as well. But usually I clean right after I shoot. I give my carry guns a once over every week or two to make sure there isnt any lint building up in places.

Clean after you shoot, wipe down with an oily rag after handling.

What are you guys using for cleaning solvents, oil, and lube? I am just about out of Hoppe's #9, and wondering if I should buy some more for cleaning. What do you use to wipe down the exterior of your firearms? and for lubrication? I have been using CLP for wiping down my firearms and for lube.

Old Skool. Hoppes #9 for cleaning, Rem-oil for lube, Birchwood Casey gun grease on rails. I'm sure there are new & improved products out there. But this stuff has worked for me for decades.

    Clean a firearm? Why? LOL

You won't hurt it by frequently cleaning it. There is some basis about not leaving corrosive material in the barrel. I went all through last year never cleaning my comp gun, Not one bit worse for wear. Cleaning on the same schedule this year
