Pick the 7th one on the list (the first RI-60) Right click and save it to your PC.

Have it when you need it, even with no internet access.

This one will populate the other two forms for you. Its one of the few I found that will do that.

My computer wont let me fill that one out. I have one that I have to open in Adobe in order for it to self populate already downloaded. I'm sure my Son could get this one working for me though

I keep a blank pdf and a pre-filled pdf on my computer at work - just in case. I usually keep a few in my backpack as well, just so I'm always ready
And I keep some on the coffee table too, which just irritates my wife.

Once you down load it to your computer,

it allows you to fill in the blanks then print
or
save to .xps document file for storage with all your information - when printing from xps select landscape before print

The PDF does not copy over but the Word version does, at least for me.

Tres bien, these are what I use. I fill them out in Foxit reader because I like it more than standard PDF editors though.

I keep about 6 of these in my glovebox at all times, with scissors and a pen...because I am an addict and this is my paraphernalia.
