Tiger Single Six. I wanted one for a ceremony time. Finally picked on up, and it ducked for loading and unloading.

Browning BDM. I sold a perfectly good HiPower because I wanted a DA/SA with a decocker. Figuring it would be easier and safer.
I rarely shoot it because it's hard to get parts for, just in case.
Glock 26 Gen 3 for me. Probably the only gun I've owned so far that I genuinely disliked.
I had already owned some (Gen 4) Glocks and thought the 26 would be a good choice, but was disappointed. I don't know if it was because of the Gen 3 frame or the stubby grip, but I hated the ergonomics. The thing handled fine at the range, but I couldn't get over the feel of it. It was awkward in the hand and pointed poorly for me. Plus, I just hate the serrated trigger on the compact/subcompact Glocks. I could get over it on my G19s, but on the G26 it was the straw that broke the camel's back. I think its faults bugged me even more because I had gotten rid of my beloved Security Six to get it. I loved that Security Six, it was one of my favourite handguns ever.
I traded the G26 after a month and don't regret it a bit. I still want to try a G33, but it'll have to be a Gen 4.
VP9. Felt great in my hand. Looked to be a very flat shooter. I shoot it great slow fire, but as soon as I start at speed it yaws on me. Not predictable up and down muzzle rise. Plus the mag release paddles dig into my index finger when the trigger breaks, even after filing the left side down.
Glock 42. Can't shoot it worth a crap. Not sure if it's the sights or the trigger, but I hate both.
I haven't yet had a disappointment but I have had a nice surprise. I bought my wife a Glock 43, I've never liked Glock for purely aesthetic reasons, and hate to admit that it's a blast to shoot. It's her first gun and she's ecstatic that she "picked a good one."
Kahr PM9 & the LCP.
Both were bought because of the raving of others.
I already had a Kahr P9 that was & still is my EDC and had great expectations for the PM9.
I can't even tell you why I don't like it, it just doesn't "feel" right. It isn't enough smaller then the P9 to make it a "pocket gun" or conceal easier.
The LCP just never lived up to the hype.
I do at least carry it on RARE occasions.
Hk
Had the USP 40, trigger sucks and the decocker/saftey combo was horrible.
USP compact in 45, terrible trigger in LEM
P2000, light LEM. At least consistent but soooooo long on the trigger pull.
I want to like them, quality stuff, I've sold every one of them.
FN Five-Seven IOM. Just boring and stupid expensive. It was 2004.
