    But this one even divides the special classes. In "g" they have exempted on duty National Guard, as well as the rest of the armed forces.

    Yet, now that they add "retired" as in "(l) An individual who was honorably discharged from the United States Army, Air Force, Navy, or Marine Corps." they leave National Guard out?

When you understand that your rights are your property this next statement makes sense.
