    Found My Late Grandfathers .380...

I recently discovered my late grandfather's gun (Star B.Echeverria S.A. Cal .380.) in a box of old slidefilm. Have a few questions....
    1. What do I need to do in order to legally use the gun?
    2. Do I need to have it registered before taking it to the range?
    3. If I do not want the gun will I need paperwork to sell it? (The gun was most likely properly registered to my Grandfathrr ; however there is a chance my Grandmother reported it missing.)
    4. What might the gun be worth / what is the quality of this gun.
    5. If taken to the range would it be safe to shoot?

You might want to post this in the "legal beagle" forum.

In general, you will need to get it registered.

You'll want to take it to a gunsmith to determine if it is safe and functional.

There is no way to determine value without knowing the condition. I doubt it will be worth more than a few hundred dollars. The gunsmith that checks it out for safety can help you with value.
