    I not sure what HB 5370 & 5371 have to do with HB 4200…they are both directly related to HB 5369.

    All 3 of these bills (HB 5369, 5370 and 5371) are intent on making the private sale of a long gun illegal without going though the same purchase permit or RI-60 steps as a pistol (sans registration of the long gun).

    Either there is a typo in HB 5370/71 and it is NOT supposed to be tie-barred with HB 4200, but rather HB 5369…OR…there are some shenanigans going on where the House is trying to slip 5370/71 through on the back of an EPA bill (HB 4200)…

    We definitely need to keep on top of this!

    This needs to be stopped. These Bills are a huge step backwards.

    My worry is, if the D's sweep into the majority next November we can expect a lot of this kind of legislation. They've been telegraphing their intentions for a while now.

    These are the type of government over reach we can not have. The Dems will not sweep in michigan there are too many red counties
