    CUT OFF BARREL

Anyone around Metro Airport area have a metal cutting band saw? Want to lop off a single shot ribbed barrel.

hacksaw or sawzall works. Tighten a band clamp around the barrel to use as a guide. File the end flush and clean up any burrs. Easy as pie

I drill a hole in a 2 x 4, cut in half and clamp that to the barrel for guide, then hack saw it.

Most of them, that I know of, are pretty good quality Trap guns.

That's what I'm thinking, depending who made that single it might be worth more than a cheap single shot.

    Cut up a cheap single.

Miter / Chop saw with an abrasive wheel easier to keep square.
Face it off on a belt sander.

Funny how in movies that do this freehand with a hacksaw in alley or motel room and get it perfect every time . . .
