Something I just thought about regarding a lifetime CPL. Could there be any reciprocity issues with any other States?

To the best of my knowledge, other state's reciprocity agreements are not dependent on the frequency of renewal requirements of various states. However, if it did have an impact, these respective states would amend their agreements with Michigan to reflect only the 5 year licenses as being valid in their state.
In summary…I doubt it, but if it did, there is an easy remedy.

Should I take a refresher course from the instructor who taught me opinions rather than actual law?
Constitutional carry with a lifetime CPL for reciprocity purposes would be ok.

Been hearing the same old sermon for many years now. There will always be some privilege associated with carrying a firearm. Act like a fool, whether driving, carrying a gun, whatever. The privilege gets revoked. There will always be laws, regulations, loopholes, etc. as long as we have an elected elitist government.
