    There are no markings on the rifle just whats pictured.

    Thanks! Any value to it? looks like the stock was changed at one point in its life. The serial puts it at 1932.

    Barrel appears to be after market too, although it could have been turned down to a slimmer contour.

    Missing its extractor. Might have been blown off, so examination by a real gunsmith is warranted.

    This style of laminated stock blank was very popular in Texas, in the 1960's.

    He's teasing. Worth way more than that even if parted out. Get an extractor, have it checked by a gunsmith (check caliber while he has it) and enjoy.
