Vortex diamondback tactical vs. Leopold vx-2 cds

I am looking at the vortex diamondback 3x9 x40 tactical or leupold vx-2 cds for my ruger American 450bm. I know the leupold with the cds turrets are nice but only accurate for what ever bullet it was set for from leupold. They both have decent glass for the price. Amazon or optic planet $279 +-$10. What are your opinions on these scopes? Thanks.

I had a DB 3-10 x 50 last year the power may not be accurate, and sold it promptly after buying a much clearer, better eye relief VX2 3-9 x 40

I ordered the Leopold vx-2 cds. Gander outdoors was the best price I could find

You should look into the burris mtac 4-14 on cabelas for 250.00.
I run one on my 450 and its one of the best scopes for the money-30mm tube and a ton of light
Sighted in at 100 yards and 1 line down for 200 and your good to go

You'll be happy. I've had 5 crossfires, everyone said Diamondback is the one. It wasn't

Get some low mounts and you are good to go.
