    SIG SAUER P320C

I am thinking about retiring my Springfield XDs 4.0 45acp and getting the Sig in 45 also. Just like everything out there you can find mixed reviews but I am sure it is a fine weapon. Is there any other comparable pistols I should consider?

What Sig? They make real nice 1911's and the 227 is a good choice too. The MP Shield would be on my list if looking for a smaller carry gun.

I'm generally a Glock guy and the 21 and 30SF are fine firearms, but If I was looking for a 45 only platform I would look long and hard at the M & P 45 and the HK 45 both have excellent ergos and are nice shooters.

He's looking at the P320C and everyone keeps suggesting full size guns...

If you're not opposed to hammer fired, there is the HK45C. I tend to like HK's mag release.

In the Sig world, there is also the 250.

    Glock has a few...

Lots of great suggestions. I looked at most of those listed and still leaned towards the P320C. Mostly because of personal preference, value, and reputation. The concept of the modular design also seems neat, but not really cost effective unless the kit prices come down.

The 320 is a great gun. You won't be disappointed.
