The last time I was on Grand River there was no water.

Brandonn Kramer of Muskegon got lucky last month when he landed a 46.54-pound black buffalo fish on the Grand River. In a public Facebook post, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources celebrated his catch.
"NEW STATE RECORD!" the department wrote, before disclosing that it had been caught in Ottawa County — as had the previous record fish, from 2015. "Might be a good area to try fishing if you're a record seeker," DNR added.
The fish was apparently caught on May 25 and Kramer was bowfishing when he landed it.
