    inexpensive AR15 kits?

Now that we're down to $330 shipped for a complete AR15...
Why are there no manufacturers offering DIY kits for that sort of price or less?
It has to be cheaper to just throw parts in a box/bag and ship them than it is to have somebody build them out and then ship them, right? By at least an hour or so of labor.
Why doesn't somebody just show a picture of an affordable assembled rifle and photoshop on an "assembly required" tag for those of us who want a relaxing afternoon in the shop?

    Danco? You listening?

    Yes, that's what I'd like.
Literally all the parts thrown in a box.
    I don't need anything assembled.

i wouldn't think it would drop it by $45 - ARs get built pretty quick and they're probably not paying expert prices for somebody slapping them together... but it could maybe get near the $300 price point.

Selling at 299 would be an important psychological point. People will round down, shrug , it's only 200, how can I go wrong.

$199 complete upper, $99 complete lower + free shipping would move a ton of units.
