Damit, I just launched my gas tube roll pin into space while putting together my project. I wish they made things easier. So now I have to order some up from Brownells and get that special gas tube roll pin punch.

I know I will spend $$ there. I just can't buy the pins without buying other things.

I'll try looking for it here in my office at my Estate.

I use to have that problem! But not anymore..............

It's a standard size 5/64 around 1/4" long pin that you can get at Ace/homedepot/menards/TSC. For the roll punch I've always just taken a scrap rod and drilled a short hole in one end just big enough for the pin to easily slip in. Use that to get it started, then switch over to the roll pin punch.

in my experience it will turn up soon, as soon as you take delivery of the new parts. Or you will vacuum it and then jam up your vacuum and have to tear it apart.
