where do you go to find a henry rifle serial number when the website says it cant find the number?

When I bought a nice Henry .22 lever action I just emailed support on the Henry site and they emailed right back with all the info on that rifle.

When I purchased a used Henry Big Boy, I email they company, and I received an answer in just a few days.
