    They said they debured the trigger guard and "polished the chamber transition".

    Apparently the chambers of these things can have sharp edges or other issues thay will stop the slide from returning to battery all the way when it's chambering a new round. Smoothing out these issues fixes the problem.

    The newer production ones are supposed to be fixed from the factory to avoid this but I guess not.

    I'm surprised. They told me 6-8 weeks but it only took them 2 weeks to fix it and send it back.
