This course is designed for the introductory level rifle shooter to introduce the working fundamentals of practical long range marksmanship. Participants in this course will come away with the knowledge needed to make educated consumer purchases of precision rifle equipment.

*This 1 day course is mostly classroom lecture. Non live fire.

Lunch is provided.

Course covers:
•Firearms safety.
•Precision rifle nomenclature.
•Marksmanship fundamentals.
•Range estimation.
•Introduction to external ballistics.
•Basic scope theory.

Prerequisites: Willingness to learn.

Required Equipment:
Mandatory –
•Note taking gear (paper, pencil, clip board)
•Calculator
•Beverages and snack
•Clothing suitable for indoor/outdoor training.

Rifle not needed, but bring it if you have one.
