Anybody try this new STREAK ammo? Seems like it's a tracer without the heat Or fire.

I was mad because I thought somebody deleted my post from last night. I see on a different tab that I never submitted it. oops.
i tried the G2 brand non-incendiary tracer ammo once. I didn't think it was great. maybe over long long range and using something other than a pistol with sights that hid the bullet's path it would be good, but I didn't think it was worth the fuss or money. but in an indoor range shooting at ~30 feet, nope.
It wasn't much of a light show, and you had to be right over the shooter's shoulder to see it since it's basically just a glow-in-the-dark plug at the base of the bullet. maybe if it were darker it would have been better, I dunno.

Not sure if it was the same brand, but we took a mag of similar stuff on range and shut all the lights off. It definitely had a tracer effect that was visible. Pretty cool.
Stuff was loaded in 9mm. Again, it did what it claimed.
