    Winchester Q3131A ammo

Thx in advance for any responses ... I've got quite a bit that I purchased new in 2002 and have stored it in ammo cans. I'm not sure if I should just include it in my practice ammo or hang on to it. Thx.

    What exactly is your question?
Are you hanging on to it as a investment?
    Afraid it is getting old?
Thinking there is better ammo out there?
Do you need to shoot more in your practice?

LOL. Very good point - I wasn't clear AT ALL. Mostly wondering how those more knowledgeable than I would compare it to target or performance ammo available today. When I bought it in 2002 I saw it as more "go to" ammo and immediately put it into ammo can storage. These days I use Wolf Gold for target practice and am very happy with its performance. Trying to understand if it's in the same class as WG (target) or if it's "better" than target ammo (accuracy for me is about the same). Not worried about the Q's age.

Thx for asking about what I should have explained in the first place ...

I've seen cheap hunting ammo out shoot match grade stuff at shorter ranges and two guns of the same manufacture prefer completely different bullet weights. Only your gun can say if its accuracy is on pr with another make. I look at it as blasting ammo as I do all mil-surp or bulk packaged ammo, shoot it.

No different than XM193--just shoot it.
