    Best Way For Fingerprints???

I haven't bought a can or done a Form 1 since the NFA changes a few years ago. I'm going to be submitting some more Form 1's and 4's this winter and would like to do so through a trust. There is one other person on the trust who will need to be fingerprinted. What is the most efficient/best way to get finger printed these days?

Is using a Silencer Shop kiosk the way to go so that way I'll always have a digital copy that I can use now or on subsequent purchases? If I use a Kiosk, can I still print the fingerprints and submit them via snail mail (it looks like e-filing is still not an option).

    Thanks!

    seriously?
i'm sitting on a silencer paperwork because I don't want to pay $30+ for each of the 5 people currently on my trust. (and possibly add another person or two)
especially if I order this sbr i'm looking at... that would be $150+$200+$150+$200 in oakland county

Only Trustees need to submit prints and pics. Successors and Beneficiaries do not.

currently everybody on my trust is there specifically to be able to possess items. is successor/beneficiaries a way for them to still possess and not be "responsible persons" that need prints/photos?

Dan, did you ever bother to read the email I sent you?

"Responsible Persons" are those with full, current control of trust assets. A beneficiary or Successor-Trustee does not have full current control so need not be printed or photographed.

the one from last march? I wasn't crystal clear but didn't want to keep bothering you
I've never been very clear on exactly which titles have which powers on a trust, especially given that the ATF doesn't always agree with plain english.
and I haven't submitted for anything new since summer 2016, so I still need to look into how the dust has settled post 41F.
