Gunsmith recommendations near Livonia? Need two holes drilled & tapped.

Yesterday a friend from Texas texted me and offered me a deal that was too good to pass up, on a VZ61 (CZ Škorpion). In this package he included a factory folding stock, mounting plate and screws, the whole 9 yards. I've wanted an SBR'd Škorpion for YEARS, so it's the perfect opportunity.

So I'm going to fill out the online ATF Form 1 to SBR it and once that comes back with approval (1-2 weeks these days) I'll need someone to drill and tap the back of the receiver to accept the stock mounting plate screws.

I cant imagine a smith would charge more than $100 for this, and I would RATHER get it done at a machine shop but blah blah federal law says only FFL's can work on receivers.

Anyone know a good place near Livonia/Novi/Northville/Plymouth, etc that would be able to do this for me? I found a place out in Troy but I'd prefer to stay a bit more local, and I definitely don't want to have to ship it. Somewhere within driving distance definitely.

Center mass is laser engraving the SBR info on the gun for me but sadly they don't have gunsmiths.
