This is who I use. He's still an FFL. I just had a stripped lower shipped to them this week.

they're right off 21 mile/romeo plank area.

I'm coming from chesterfield as well, so its about a 15-20 minute drive. My buddy happens to live right down the street from them, so its ideal for me. I believe Joe's transfers are still approx. $20.
