    I really don't see the point of this one.

    Allow a LOADED firearm in an ATV or UTV on private property only. This won't help with the loaded firearm "upon" a vehicle that people have been charged with. It may also be in conflict with the law allowing unloaded, but uncased, firearms on a sporting clays course.

    Why do they mention gasoline engines, or engines at all in the definition of ATV/UTV? What if Polaris were to make an electric UTV next year?

    the H1 substitute looks private land friendly to me..... Way better than what we have now.

    They don't allow you to shoot from the vehicle, but you can possess a loaded firearm on any vehicle according to section 6.

    H1 looks pretty good to me.

    I'd like if they added target practice from a vehicle... but apparently that isn't happening.

    This bill is getting fast-tracked. It is on the calendar under order of second reading for tomorrow.

    Both the House and Senate are only in session Tue~Thur this and next week. Six working days left.
