    Hipoint carbine bolt stuck?

It is a 995ts. Bolt is stuck open and for the life of me I can’t figure out how the heck to close it I’ve tried everything! Has anyone had the same issue?

Is the bolt handle stuck in the hold open notch? I had that happen to me once, it was a real "DOH!" moment for me.

Yeah, sometimes you have to pull back & OUT on the handle to get it to release.

Did the rubber mallet technique and it grinded shut. Gonna lube it up and take it out tomorrow to see if I can free it up.

I’m not taking it to war anytime soon so I think at the price point it’s of good value with a lifetime warranty.

Get a can of GUN BLASTER & spray the hell out of it. Then don't listen to all of the naysayers. Watch a Utube video, clean it. Or send it back to MOM. They'll clean it for you.

Put 200 rounds through it without an issue. Used a ton of Remington oil so must’ve broke up whatever was in there.

wait, is this a hipoint thread or an AK thread?
seriously though, there's a certain similarity between the guns - cheap, easy to replace, gets the job done.
