7 Bucks out of the same woodlot

It's been quite a season around me. Started with my daughter shooting a 9 point, then a nieghbor shoots a 10 and an 8. A friend takes a 7 and a 9. Another nieghbor takes an 8. And I finish it off with an 11 point. Not sure what next year is gonna be like. But what a year to remember!

Allegan county. All 7 came from a 40 acre area. Woodlot is a couple hundred total, surrounded by ag fields

Submissive gun rights advocates need to lose their submissiveness before we lose our 2A rights.

North or south of the A 42? I have been seeing a lot of bucks over in the Dumont Lake area.

At least some people had luck! Pickins were slim in my area as well as with my buds in the surrounding areas. Opening day rifle I maybe counted 30 gun shots all day.

Some years past I'd loose count after 100-150.

Lack of hunters or lack of deer?
