Kelby Rifles or Short Action Customs. Both are in northeast Ohio.

Mackinaw Kid (Cowboy shooter) Has a nice machine shop and works on 1897 Winchesters, I assume he can work on your Model 70. Lapeer Mi. 810-245-7040

Model 70 receivers are difficult to true due to their profile, unlike the round action receivers. They require careful fixturing. Go with a real pro or you will be wasting your money.
