Have you been shooting Remington ammo through it?

I would try heating the can up and then removing the core, and if that doesn’t work, I would fill it up with Slip 2000 Carbon Killer and let it soak for 20 minutes and shake all the goop out and try to open it.

Apparently there have been an abundance of people using aluminum reacting agents in their ultrasonic cleaner while trying to clean aluminum - leading to people to think this way as a rule.
Any liquid or detergent that does not react (erode) with aluminum, which would include TAP WATER, is fine for aluminum in an ultrasonic cleaner. I think the only thing detrimental with tap water is surface tension, which in theory could cause etching. A little aluminum-safe detergent, and you're all set.

Strongly alkaline (high pH) detergents remove the oxide film which protects aluminum from 'white blotch' corrosion. Anodized aluminum is more resistant to oxide film removal because its protective aluminum oxide film is thicker, but over time and with repeated washing cycles anodized aluminum will also lose its protective oxide film in high pH solutions as well.

Phosphates in detergents are also damaging to aluminum, especially when the protective oxide film is removed by high pH detergents. Aluminum forms phosphates which scale off, leaving pitting in the locations which is deepest where the oxide film was first completely removed.

These adverse effects even occur during simple dip or spray cleaning, but are accelerated during ultrasonic cleaning. These effects do not occur, even during ultrasonic cleaning, when properly formulated detergents are used.

Always take the can apart as soon as you're done shooting. Its always harder to get apart when it cools.

You could even take it out and put 20 rounds through it and then try to take it apart warm
    Slip2000 worked like a charm.

Picked up large container of it, dipped the whole can for about 20 minutes.

TYVM. I was beginning to think I bought myself a disposable suppressor...

    My pleasure.
I need to order more of it. It sells really well.
I'll probably wait till SHOT and see what their special is.

Is it possible the aluminum anti sieze actually made the problem worse?

It appears it’s not the threading that’s locking up, but the surfaces between the tube and mono core baffle. Is there something I can treat those surfaces with before reassembling?

It has been a while since I have researched it, the tube on my suppressor is aluminum, so I just dump the baffles in the ultrasonic cleaner. I thought that the ultrasonic action also caused issues with aluminum. Perhaps I am wrong on that, but better to be safe than sorry. Thanks for the update, looks like I need to do some more research.
