    If I'm buying those large quantities, I would expect better prices, considering the hefty shipping cost and if you are not a Law Enforcement Agency, you will need to add sales tax to that as well. To say nothing about the sizeable tip you will need to give your UPS driver to keep him happy.
    Those weights won't come by UPS, I am pretty sure they haven't got into over 150lbs -- would FedEx LTL or shipping company LTL ...
