So an 80% polymer lower is still OK but 3D printing a lower (which would be way harder) is not?
It is too late for this to pass. It was probably introduced as a courtesy to the individual Representative.
Kinda useless, seeing as how the plans/files for guns and parts are already all over the net.
Never, under any circumstances, consume a sleeping pill and laxative on the same night.
I find the sponsors of this bill "not guilty" by reason of mental disease or defect.
They are Democrats after all.
Introducing a bill the day before end of session is just crazy.
I also think that there should be a law in this State that prohibits creating a law that bans an item in this State, if they can't prove the item is more dangerous than a block of wood sitting on the ground without interaction by a human.
