    I went with a Liberty Regulator for .22. No discernible FRP, which is impressive given it's a monocore, but it can be a PITA to pop the core out after 500rnds.

    Experience dictates that I personally would sacrifice a little FRP for easier maintenance and/or longer maintenance intervals. I was chasing dbs...

    Purely personal opinions...
