AK build, anybody got some tools and time?

Throwing around the idea of getting my first AK and figured it wouldn't be worth getting all the tools for a build (maybe 2) if someone near me has them, I'd pay you for your time and help of course

You're not likely to get anyone to bite on doing a build party. ATF came down on them a number of years ago. Basically build parties are fine, as long as everyone is actually doing their own building, and no money is changing hands. But no one wants to risk being set up, so no one does parties anymore.
