    Criminal procedure; sentencing guidelines; guidelines for making a false statement in support of an extreme risk protection order; enact. Amends 1927 PA 175 (MCL 760.1 - 777.69) by adding sec. 15e to ch. XVII. TIE BAR WITH: HB 4283'19
    Last Action: 3/5/2019 bill electronically reproduced 02/28/2019

    So was HB 4285 of 2019, and the identical bills in the Senate: SB 0156, SB 0157, SB 0158.

    It looks like the D's in Lansing are really pushing this unconstitutional crap.

    We know for sure if this gets to the governors desk, it WILL be signed into LAW.
