This appears to be a re-introduction of HB 6525 of 2018:

I thought that the language looked familiar. All that stuff about defining "UTV" and "ATV", and then leaving it at "any vehicle".

I still don't really see the point.

I'm for it, then it would be legal to transport guns & ammo down to my range without worrying about cases & where everyone's gun actually is.

As an above knee amputee, this would be greatly beneficial.

contact the bill's sponsors about your support. There's a good chance they might like you to show up and talk about how it would help you at the committee hearing.
in these political times, it may make absolutely no difference to how the vote goes... but it's still kind of interesting to get PERSONALLY involved in the political process beyond writing letters and making calls.

One of the reasons for this bill that isn’t highlighted is because 750.227c and 750.227d have no exceptions, even on your property.

I wish they would have thought about farmers in this and included tractors. More for varmint( woodchucks, coyotes) control. Having the ability to carry a loaded long gun would be helpful.

"in or upon ANY vehicle". That would include a tractor.

I wrote and offered to participate and speak @ a committee hearing. One of the sponsors is my district representative, Hank Vaupel.
