Passed 67-42, with 9 Dems crossing over to vote yes. Should pass the Senate, and am optimistic that Gretchen will sign it.

It should have passed 3-2 out of that committee and been on its way to a vote, but form some reason it stuck there, and is probably dead.

I just stumbled on this now. Ill contact Stmos and see what is going on. With the other things happening this will need to start all over.
MUCC is the one that should be in the lead pushing it. I believe it was decided to support the transportation of loaded firearms on orv at MUCC's policy session. It needed to be adopted at their annual meeting?
Jackam attended the policy meeting. Perhaps he can elaborate more on this.
