    Shot gun front sight.

    Need help!
Had a local (so called gunsmith)
Install a post front sight on a shot gun barrel. Insted of soldering the sight on he used epoxy and drilled/tapped the barrel
    to install the sight.
In the process he cross threaded the mounting screw and broke it off in the barrel.
Can any one suggest a reliable gunsmith that can correct the problem and solder the sight on.
Preferably in the metro Detroit area.

Doug would be my choice as well..
I've seen a number of repairs done by others, that he's fixed.

This reminds me of a T shirt I need to buy. As a Mechanic you see this a lot, the the shirt reads "You can't fix stupid, but I can fix what stupid worked on" lol! Anyways, good luck with your sight fix!
