Except that Botach have been total douche canoes since at least 2012 in my dealings with them. Still up to the same old non-ship, backorder forever, zero customer service recently, too (someone I swapped stories with last week or two). They'll never see another dime from me.

I don’t doubt you’ve had trouble and they certainly have a reputation for poor customer service but I have had multiple good transactions with botach. Buyer beware I guess...
