4473 or e4473 doesn't make much of a difference. The real difference is whether they use a paper bound book or an ebound book. Even then, it only takes the ATF a day or two to trace a gun to its original purchaser. ATF calls manufacturer- Q. Who'd you sell this gun to? A. Joe Shmoe Distributing. ATF calls Shmoe Q. Who'd you sell this gun to? A. Pete's Guns. ATF calls Pete's Guns. Q. Who'd you sell this gun to? A. John Doe. Then it gets tricky...
