Friend asked me this ? Is there a light bulb .... red , green or blue that doesn't bother night varmints, that can be used that they don't see. Range is within 50 yards . Do not what to buy special optics. thx

I've called coyotes within 15 yards while rotating a red beam in the pitch blackness.
I use a green beamed laser designator and raccoons, deer, and a fox could care less. Dunno about yotes with green, but the youtube has em.

Submissive gun rights advocates need to lose their submissiveness before we lose our 2A rights.
Good advise to check u tube. Found info ... Red LED flood light seems to be good choice. Because 22 rifle will be used and 50 yards or less , will advise him to pick up a basic Red/green dot optic. Will start with that and 'see' how that works. thx

red seems to be the best choice, even if just for the fact that it's easier on our night vision.
